Let’s take a few minutes to work through the MSMI Expert Advisor to give you a better understanding or overview of what you can expect from the different settings.

MSMI

The Expert Advisor consist of the following small strategies: You can choose one or you can even choose more than one to trade with, the more strategies you choose the more accurate the trades will be, but less orders will be opened due to the complexity of the signal.

Use_Accelerator - Use_ADX - Use_Bollinger

All the strategies and Indicators have a True/False switch to use it or to disable it. If you decide to use the Accelerator strategy you can load all the required trade settings for example the Lot size, TakeProfit, Stoploss Trailing stop, etc. Now you can also combine this strategy with any of the Market Direction indicators. The market direction indicators are linked to a higher timeframe. This is to confirm the overall market direction before a trade is opened. Below is a chart example of where the EA will trade when the indicators confirm the signal. The EA will open a Buy order at the position where the Accelerator crosses above the zero line. You can then also select one of the Market direction indicators on a higher timeframe to confirm market direction before the order is opened. We suggest that when you use any strategy to include a market direction indicators also. But you are a no point limited on what to use, you can choose what you know will work together. The ADX_Indicator and Bollinger Indicator work with the same rules as described above, of cause each one with its own market entry positions.

Use_TradeTimes 

Three Forex time zones can be set individually to catch the market spikes or to trade in specific time slots. This function can be disabled to trade 24 hours a day. If you only want to use one time setting you can make the other two time settings the same as as the first one. Please note: Any open orders will not be closed after the Close time setting.

SendEmail 

After setting up your email account in the MetaTrader platform and by setting SendEmail to true you will receive email every time the Expert Advisor opens a new order. You can see the following information on the email.
