Pro-Fx-Experts - Terms and Conditions
We specialized in the programming of Expert Advisors for the Forex market. We only use
the MetaTrader (MT4) platform for our development. Note: If an customer agreed to pay
Pro-Fx-Experts for coding work and refuse to pay at completion will the
Expert Advisor be sold to cover programming and administration costs. Pro-Fx-Experts
have extensive experience in the Forex market and MetaQuotes programming
language. With over 5 years of committed involvement in currency market
analysis we are well placed to assist and support our customers
professionally.
The service is mainly aimed at people with a manual trading method and need an
automated system, but not limited to that. We also modify and change
existing Expert Advisors for our clients. We have many satisfied clients
all over the world. Most clients receive their Expert advisors with-in
two weeks. Currently we accept all major credit cards. Clients do not
pay upfront for the Expert Advisors. The clients only pay when we have
completed the coding. No testing is allowed before we received payment. Owner
and head programmer Nico Roets received a university degree in computer
programming in 2000; he also completed a diploma in programming
to broaden his programming knowledge. With over 12 years of trading
experience in stocks, currency trading and with more than 4 years
programming experience in the MetaQuotes language he is well placed to
serve the trading community.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall
not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation,
to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the

Product availability
All products
on the website have 100% availability due to the product nature.
Pro-Fx-Experts sell pre-designed trading software and is available when
purchased. We also design custom trading software on request from
clients. We provide the client with an estimated completion timeframe
normally within two weeks. Pro-Fx-Experts inform the client as soon as
the custom trading software is ready. Software is send to the client via
email within 48 hours after payment were confirmed. Lead time is
only dependent on validation of payment. Orders received after 17h00
(GMT +2) will be processed the following working day. Every effort will be made to fill the order within 48 hours, but unforeseen
circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an
occurrence Pro-Fx-Experts will contact you via email and provide a
revised email delivery schedule.
Delivery Policy
We deliver our
products electronically either through email or by downloading from the
website. It may take up to 48 hours to deliver our products to our
customers. Lead time is only dependent on validation of payments.
Refunds/returns Policy
All our sales are final. We do not refund the payments in any case. If in the
description of one of our products or services include a refund, then
that condition overrides this policy. Clients are not
entitled to a refund in cases where product prices were reduced. Pro-Fx-Experts will issue a refund only if by unforeseen circumstances the client's
card is overcharged by NetCash.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). A currency
converter is available on the website to show the equivalent in your own
currency. Product and service prices quoted on the website are in US
dollars. All quoted prices are final and Pro-Fx-Expert reserve the right
to change product and service prices at any time without prior notice. All Pro-Fx-Experts payments are handled by NetCash. Pro-Fx-Experts
will send the client an email with a link to NetCash. The email
link will direct the client to the NetCash secure web payment portal.
NetCash only process transactions in South African Rands (ZAR).
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards through NetCash.

software encrypts all the sensitive personal data necessary for the

any third party to read. On your credit card statement charge will be shown as PRO-FX-EXPERTS.

Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive
jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole
discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative
jurisdictions.

these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and
Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Pro-Fx-Expert and
hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to
copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in
anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found
to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held
liable for all legal costs incurred by Pro-Fx-Expert for any civil
action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
